5. Hi Mike,
I would just like to inform you of some excellent service we received from CSS Tactical over the weekend. We were out and our house alarm went off. We received a call from your control room informing us of this, and that the response vehicles had heard a noise coming from inside the house.

We told the control room that we would be at the house within 20 minutes. On our arrival we found two of your response team members in our garden – they had gain access by climbing a tree from within our next door neighbour’s property, and jumping to a tree on our property. Our wall is pretty high and it has electric fencing. I would like to thank you for your excellent work.

6. The purpose of this letter is to compliment CSS on the prompt and professional service we have received today (and, in fact, since we contacted CSS). Your vehicles arrived in what seemed like a very short period of time (very much faster than our previous response company has done- certainly in recent years) each manned by two patrolmen who were suitably armed and checked our premises thoroughly. Your controller was also very competent and helpful. We subsequently received a call from one of your managers to check if there was anything else CSS could do for us. You can be very pleased with your personnel.

7. Dear CSS
I wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with with CSS Tactical. Last night I came home late (after 02h00) and a patrol vehicle followed me to my driveway and waited until I was safely inside. The proactive approach to security is very impressive. In addition, response times have been excellent. When our alarm has been triggered (for example by damage to an electric fence), the armed response team has arrived at times even before I have been able to telephone the control room. My home security setup is more complicated than most, and we are still expericencing some teething problems, but I have found working with Michael and Dumisani to be a very positive experience. They are very competent, very pleasant, and Michael, in particular has actively pursued efficient solutions to the various hiccups which we have encountered.

8. Dear CSS Ever since our very first meeting with your company and the wonderful officers in your employment, we have been incredibly impressed. And just for the record, we have had a long interaction with other security companies through the years and none come close to CSS!

Whenever CSS Officers pass us in the street or are called to our property, kindness, professionalism, concern and impeccable manners have been the order of the day. Our heartfelt appreciation is extended to all of your staff including your Switchboard Operators.

Today our dogs went walkabout. On passing one of your vehicles, we stopped to ask if the two officers had seen our dogs. Michael and Abel immediately said they would help - and help they did! In no time we received news of where our dogs could be found. These officers saved us a huge amount of worry and possibly heartache. How lucky we are to have CSS on our side!
