What is your contract length?
Only one month. Unlike our competitors, we are so confident of our performance that we do not find it important to lock clients into a long term agreement.

WHY DO YOU COST MORE THAN OTHER ARMED RESPONSE COMPANIES?
We invest in highly qualified personnel who command high salaries. Our staff undergo extensive training on an on-going basis. All our equipment purchased is at the top end of the spectrum. We strive to maintain a low client/vehicle ratio much lower than the industry norm.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNTED MONTHLY RATE?
In order to maintain high service levels we are unable to discount prices.

WHY DON’T YOU TAKE HOUSE KEYS?
Taking possessions of hundreds if not thousands of keys will lead to inefficiencies. There are excellent products available such as “digipads” which allow controlled access in times of distress.

HOW DO YOU PLAN TO MAINTAIN YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE LEVELS?
Our senior management and operational heads have spent a vast amount of time creating operational, supervision and management structures as well as stringent operational protocols to ensure that we can maintain our performance levels irrespective of growth.
